January, 2026 Update: The Master Plan surveys are currently closed. Nearly 800 surveys have been completed! Stay tuned for a summary of survey results.

October, 2025 Update: The City is updating its Master Plan — a vital guide for land use, neighborhoods, transportation, and more — last revised in 2021 after major changes citywide. Your input is essential to help shape the future of our community. Please take 15 minutes to complete the two surveys below; printed copies are also available at the Community and Economic Development Department, 300 W. 13 Mile Road.

We invite all residents & visitors to participate by completing a brief survey and the Visual Preference Survey.
