Community & Economic Development
The Community and Economic Development Department (CED) works with residents and businesses to ensure Madison Heights continues to provide a high quality of life and great place to start and grow a business. CED is the primary contact and liaison for the City's Planning Commission, Zoning Board of Appeals, Downtown Development Authority, Brownfield Redevelopment Authority, and the Community Development Block Grant Review Committee.

Online Self-Service: Make a Payment, Apply for Permits & More

Master Plan
