This is a Revised Version of the allowed parcels. Please disregard any and all other versions of the map as they are invalid.

The City of Madison Heights will initially only be accepting applications from May 21, 2019, through June 25, 2019. Application materials must be presented to the City Clerk’s Office between the hours of 8:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m. in order to allow time to process and log applications. Application fee(s) must be submitted at the time of application.

(City Hall and the City Clerk’s office is closed daily for lunch from 11:30 – 12:30. We are also closed on Monday, May 27, 2019, in honor of Memorial Day).
