Title VI Policy

DirectorThe City of Madison Heights designates Amy J. Misczak, Human Resources Director, as the Title VI Officer with the responsibility of ensuring that the City of Madison Heights complies with the Title VI regulations. The Human Resources Director of the City of Madison Heights will be responsible for initiating and monitoring Title VI activities, and all other responsibilities as required.

This policy statement will be circulated throughout the City of Madison Heights and included by reference in all contract agreements, programs and services administered by the City of Madison Heights.
