  • Discipline
  • Grievance Administration
  • Compensation Administration
  • Medical Evaluation Coordination
  • Early Return to Work Program
  • Pay and Classification Review
  • Position Control
  • Staffing Analysis and Planning
In addition, the Department researches and formulates policy as directed by the City Manager or initiated by the Department.
