2. When the ownership of residential or commercial property changes, a final bill may be requested. Based on the meter reading from the last bill to the requested date, a final bill with be generated 3 to 5 days after your requested Date of Final Read, and emailed to you. To request a final bill, fill out the below form and click Submit. A $20.00 processing fee will be added to the final bill.
