Can you defend yourself against a violent attack? Do you have the knowledge, skill and confidence to defend your family? You don’t have to spend years training in an expensive program. Learn simple, lifesaving skills from programs designed to increase your safety after only one class! Our hands-on courses teach time-tested, realistic methods that are easy to learn and remember. Designed to be safe, this course instills confidence by building on success. You are coached according to your own rate of progression. No previous training required. A great stress reliever and lots of fun!

NOTE: This class is open to students 12 years or older. Parents, serious topics are discussed openly but in a professional manner. Minors should be accompanied by a participating adult when possible. Unpaid spectators are not allowed. A Live Safe Academy, LLC Release and Hold Harmless Agreement must be signed by a legal guardian at the beginning of class.
