Kids Kickboxing Session 2 Begins

Youth Kickboxing classes include: cardio calisthenics, core strengthening exercises, and bag work, which includes punch, kick, elbow strikes, partner drills, and pad work.
This class is held at the Civic Center Park Shelter building at 360 W. 13 Mile.
Ages: 5-12
Residents: $79
Non-Residents: $84
Registration can be completed in person at the Department of Public Services building (801 Ajax), mailed in, or completed online.
