The 43rd District Court handles misdemeanor cases that are punishable by fine or incarceration not exceeding one year. It also handles arraignment, probable cause conferences and preliminary exams on felony cases.
To have a bench warrant cancelled an individual must complete one of the following:
Post a cash bond to receive a new court date.
Appear before the court on the bench warrant on any Wednesday at 08:00 a.m. (The Magistrate may require that a cash bond be posted at that time.) Please call the court a few days prior to confirm a Magistrate is available. Thank you.
